Mother's Day
Mothers Day
Today is the day we celebrate mothers day. It is a celebration honouring the mother of the family, as well as motherhood, maternal bonds.
It is celebrated in various parts of the world. The modern holiday was first celebrated in 1907 when "Anna Jarvis" held the first Mother's Day. Her campaign to make Mother's Day a recognized holiday in the United States began in 1905, the year her mother "ann recess Jarvis" died.
She wanted to honour this and to set aside a day to honour all mothers because she believed a mother is "the person who has done more for you than anyone in the world".
We all believe that mothers are the most beautiful creation of God. Mother is someone who loves us unconditionally, she makes sure that we eat our food she doesn't even think about herself first. We are blessed to have a God with us from the day we born to the day we die. Mothers are our superhero.
There's a song in the haryanvi language" MAA T HUI THI SURUAT MERE SABDHAA KI MAA PYE AAJGA PURNVIRAAM". ❣️❣️It means our first word when we born was maa and the day we die the last word will be maa.❣️❣️
A question arise always that how come we celebrate mothers day on the 9th of May every year well the answer is here, In 1912, Anna Jarvis trademarked the phrase "Second Sunday in May, Mother's Day.
But it's not for our all countries to celebrate it on the same day, some countries Celebrate this day in February, some in March, some in April and So on. This tradition tells us one thing that mothers day is celebrated in various parts of the world in various months and occasions.
